TERMS AND CONDITIONS

— Strictly payment first, either pay in full or with a 50% down payment
— I have the right to decline a commission provided with an explanation on why.
— Please do not erase/edit/remove my watermark from the artwork.
— Completed commissions will be seen on my portfolio and social media. Please let me know beforehand if you would like to remain anonymous when I post it or if you don’t want your commission to be posted on my social media.
— Please do not claim the artwork as yours or resell it.
— I will not accept written references and descriptions only! For a more quicker and smoother transaction please have a clear reference sheet ready.

PAYMENT DETAILS & REFUNDS

— Refunds are allowed _ONLY BEFORE I HAVE STARTED WITH THE COMMISSION.
— Full refunds will be given if I am unable to continue with the commission, given with an explanation on why.
— Otherwise, if you are in a situation where you need the money I will refund you but will be discontinuing and discarding the commission.

Clients are not allowed to:

※ Sell it on any type of merchandise (this includes stickers, clothing, posters, prints etc.)
- Re-sell it.
- Alter or edit the artwork (Cropping is okay but please refrain from cropping out my watermark).
Although, I will only allow:
- Using it as a profile picture or icon on your social media.
- Using it as a Twitch/YouTube asset such as banners, profile pictures, thumbnails etc.
- Clients are allowed to repost/re-upload the artwork on their social media.( All of these are only allowed with proper credits, thanks you! )
